3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return requested within the allowed timeframe
- Damage reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Item returned within 30 days
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Items must be in new condition. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include:

- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid label.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
Approved returns include a prepaid shipping label. Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges for the same item do not incur a restocking fee.
Returns sent without using our provided label may not be eligible for shipping reimbursement.
